City Hall Styling

This post focusses on the styling pieces we used during the City hall shoot. We borrowed come garments from Mooch vintage again as we did for the Peak District shoot however we picked different items as a way to show the variety that was northern soul styling. Northern souls styling had trends such as wide leg trousers, and button down shirts however each individual brought their own spin to these trends, no soulies dressed the same as the person next to them, the style was very much about being connected but individual.

As mentioned before the models were instructed on a style and items of clothing that would be helpful to the shoot, at the location we went through the clothes we had brought and the items the models brought and decided on the most suitable ones. We had to stick with the trousers the models came with as we wouldn't ask them to get changed in a public place however they were all comfortable, on both shoots, with changing tops on location.
