Shoot styling 

As mentioned before we used Mooch vintage in Sheffield as a source for our clothing, we went in and picked out some items for each shoot that in our eyes said northern soul. As well as sourcing clothing from Mooch, for each shoot we asked our models to come in specific items of clothing. We told them blue denim, polo shirts, loose button down shirts, denim jackets and for shoes we said Adidas trainers and Dr Martens. We told them if they had any of these items it would help to have more variety to choose from to shoot with, as well as the clothes we provided. The clothes we pick and the clothes the models bring are our interpretation of Northern soul style, shown through inspiration in my styling mood board.
